So as i havent updated you guys with whats been happening in my life ive actually come across a new hobby that really caught my attention. Its called Sef Shin which is a new form of martial arts taught by the creater himself Grandmaster Mehdi Zand. They hold classes in Northolt LA fitness on Wenesdays and Saturdays so whoever is interested should really take time to look up on it and maybe even join =) its a great way to stay fit and healthy in an enjoyable way for all men and women!
