Sef Shin - The secret combat of fire

So as i havent updated you guys with whats been happening in my life ive actually come across a new hobby that really caught my attention. Its called Sef Shin which is a new form of martial arts taught by the creater himself Grandmaster Mehdi Zand. They hold classes in Northolt LA fitness on Wenesdays and Saturdays so whoever is interested should really take time to look up on it and maybe even join =) its a great way to stay fit and healthy in an enjoyable way for all men and women!

Internship at Matthew Williamson

I recently did a 7week internship as part of my work placement module for 2nd year.
I chose none other than to work for Matthw Williamson and i literally fell in love with
his clothes! yes i see them on the internet and in pictures but once you get to be involved in the
process and see how the whole collwction comes to reality its a whole different experience!!!

Westminster 3rd Year Work Experience

All first years where set either a third year designer or a shopping role for their one month work experience which meant helping our chosen designer with certain tasks for their 6 piece collection presentation in June. My third year designer was Liam Freeman whos collection was based on Margaret Thatcher and was chosen as one of the designers that got to present his collection in the final year show!!! Well done Liam =)

We had a tailoring brief where we all had to construct either a mens or womens tailored blazer. I wasnt too keen on this assignment but heres my final outcome.

For our final piece of coursework to end the first year we were given a printed brief where we had to design a dress made from jersey fabric with printed elements on it. This was my final design.
